We purchased a property from Beckley Homes in 2006. The property was a conversion of a previous office block into 9 apartments, situated in Chorleywood town centre. We were really impressed with the finish of the properties and the great attention to detail that Beckley Homes put into the apartments. We felt that, compared to other developers, they cared more about the homes they were building and more time was spent making sure everything was completed to the highest possible standards.

As we purchased off plan, we got the opportunity to get to know the builders and were really pleased with how they handled everything. We felt they had great pride in their work. We lived in the property for 6 years, which speaks volumes on how much we enjoyed the apartment considering it was only a one bedroom apartment where we only intended to stay for 2 years.

The whole time we were there we had no issues with the build quality, the kitchen and bathrooms were very good quality and when we sold they were still in very good condition. We know the lady who purchased from us is also very pleased with the property, so much so that she bought the one next door as well. She rents these out and has no trouble due to the quality of the apartments.
